Located near the intersection of Broad Street and Arthur Ashe Blvd, the Hofheimer Building will be a perfect space for what organizers have planned. Plan to arrive early and enjoy a meal in the newly renovated Harry's restaurant and bar area on the first floor with the evening's main event being hosted in The Loft and Lounge on the 2nd floor.

BUILDING'S HISTORY:
The Hofheimer Building is a 14,400 square foot historic property that was erected almost 100 years ago in 1928, for the Herold R. Hofheimer Fine Rug Company. The Department of Historic Resources characterizes it as one of the rare examples of “Exotic-Revival style” architecture in the Richmond area, featuring an iconic mediterranean-style dome and glazed mosaic tile.
PARKING:
Free street parking is available nearby in Scott's Addition but it can be limited at times. Carpooling is also encouraged if traveling with friends and / or reserving an UBER / Lyft if you plan on drinking alcohol for the safety of you and others.
