Dy’Od was originally two brothers named Darian & Oscar. They were greedy and selfish, amassing a sizable wealth by selling counterfeit artifacts. One day, they came across a beautiful stone chalice deep within a cave and fought over who should receive it. Their fighting broke the chalice in two, releasing the magic within.

The magic twisted the two together, cursing them into a form more suiting of their personalities. Now a monstrous dragon, they have an insatiable thirst for the emotions of others. They collect these emotions in the stone saucers that became of the chalice, hoarding them within the cave they’re cursed to watch over.
